The( Location) is Awesome! It is / seconds from the inlet pier. The Views out side the rooms are Beautiful. The room was quaint , clean, bed was comfy, and did the Job. Would stay here again.

This is one of the oldest hotels left in Ocean City. It's an aging classy lady that we all know and love. The room was Bayside, small queen but it was meticulous and adequate. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But we came for the stunning views and the small private beach where you can relax or even fish or just sit for hours and watch the boats pass through the inlet. I'm sure during the summer it's full of families, however in October it was quiet and pleasant. All in all I was pleasantly surprised at a hotel I've passed by for 50 years and we're definitely stay again

Room was very small but clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. The motel had a nice view of sunset and Assateuge island if you have balcony that you can see wild horses far away in the morning, better view with binoculars. We went to fishing pier which included got some flounders! The pool was nice by the ocean. Boardwalk was walkable just 5 minutes away!

Had a nice view of the water though separated by a parking lot. Nice little beach area. I rated this as excellent because even though it older and there were a few flaws (tear in the carpet) it was clean and the staff were excellent. Very nice people who are eager to make your stay great. Excellent location. Went for a weekend concert and the walk was very close. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to Ocean City for this concert and this was by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed. We just really need a place to sleep as we are out enjoying what Ocean City has to offer and Oceanic did not disappoint. Small, but what we needed. Would stay here again.
