The view on the Bay is unmatched! I highly recommend getting a room with the view. We were watching the sunset every night. While the room was a bit small, it has everything you need. Simple yet amazing!

Okay for an old motel. Rooms are in need of remodeling , tvs would lose signal all night. No coffee maker or microwave in room. (Even though pictures of rooms show them in rooms) House keeper staff were very nice, office staff were also nice. Chances are we will stay elsewhere if we are staying longer in the area ,is high.

Perfect location and best deal in O.C. imo! Small rooms but wonderful “beach” right on the bay. Super close to the board walk. Awesome price for waterfront.

The location is great. If you’re not going to be in your room much then this place is worth it alone for the location. The rooms are very small and out dated. Picture bare minimum, no microwave, no curtains on windows, no tub, and no extras. I did request a fresh sheet change for the bed and those sheets did smell fresh and clean. The room was clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

The bathroom was tiny like not big enough to dress or undress in… the housekeeper seemed to have done a good job but the furniture was stained and looked terrible… there was un repaired damage on walls and doors… I had asked in advance about parking there after check out for the remainder of my event and was told it wouldn’t be a problem then when I got there I wasn’t allowed to do so and had to pay $85 to park in a lot next door. The woman who checked us in was very nice as was the housekeeper… they started using lawn care equipment before 9am.. I paid more bc I was told half a block from my event and that was not true! It was close but it was like 4 blocks.. I passed in cheaper rooms that actually were much nicer and closer.

This is 1950's hotel. The service, location and the view is excellent. But being a 1950's hotel the furniture, carpet and bathrooms are not updated. It's Location Location, Location folks. It's in walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and plenty of restaurants.

Location!! Right on the inlet/bay side. Food boardwalk within walking distance. Older but clean, comfortable and prime Location to chill under some palm trees (in season) watch the boats or fisherman or grill and relax. Perfect for families has connected rooms.

You cannot beat the location! It's a simple, small, very affordable, old school motel. The beds were comfortable, the staff is great, the rooms were basically clean and the air conditioning worked. My only issue is that none of the rooms have curtains. The rooms have privacy blinds but the property is so lit up with lights, EVERYONE in our group was basically awake at 3:00 a.m. Bring your own curtains or bring your own eye covers. Love the place and will definitely go back... With a sleep mask. 👍
