Excellent stay all around. Having two pools was great and my son loved going between the two. We loved the dove body wash and shampoo in the shower as well as soap and body lotion in the bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely recommend!

I love the location to the beach, the close proximity to the park, the breakfast buffet, and coffee available all day. The outdoor pool was always clean and well maintained. We always had a space to park, even on the 4th of July, and I loved the fireworks. The room was always clean, and the maid service did an excellent job. 5 stars all the way around!

We had no problems the entire time we stayed there. There's a seafood restaurant, pizza shop and ice cream shop within walking distance. The cleaning people were so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was not your normal breakfast - they had egg whites with veggie omelets, hash browns, oatmeal, etc. It was a very enjoyable time.

We stayed here in 2023 and decided to come back to Ocean City and stay at the same hotel because we really liked it. Here are the things that are great about this place: the rooms, the tv, the beds, the pool, the shower and bathroom, the AC is cold, the breakfast, especially the coffee (freshly ground), the staff, the location, it's cozy. It's clean. It's new looking. It's close to the beach and attached to a great restaurant. Parking is good. The only complaint is the breakfast room could be a little bit bigger and some noisy guests in the middle of the night, slamming doors and screaming in the hallway, but the hotel has no control over that really. We will be returning one day and will stay here again. Very family friendly and the check in is lighting fast. Great staff.

Wonderful place to stay. Everything you need in a hotel. Great amenities, cleanliness, great free continental breakfast, friendly staff, and free parking. What more can you want in a hotel. The only thing the hotel can improve on was the house keeping. We stayed for three nights, and On our first night, house keeping did not make the bed properly, they just cover over the bed with the blanket without tucking the sheets in. The only thing they did was throw out the trash. The second night they did not bother coming to make the bed or throw out the trash. Last night was the same. That was a disappointment but other than that it was overall good.

Front desk staff never properly greeted us upon arrival. As a matter of fact we stood there at the desk for 10 minutes before someone even showed up to register us!! No extra pillows or any toiletries. Housekeeping NEVER had washcloths!! They were always in the laundry we were told. We had to go to Dollar Tree next door the next day to purchase some. This was no more than a cheap, overpriced motel. Will NOT be coming back!! The evening front desk staff were friendly. Daytime NOT AT ALL!! The front desk staff that we checked out with were pleasant also.

We stayed at the holiday inn express this past week and overall had a good experience. The free breakfast was nice although it gets very congested down in breakfast area. The two pools on site were nice for after beach days. The staff could be a little more on the friendlier / welcoming side was one takeaway I had. Jamie at the front desk was the only one who we had a pleasant experience with all week (stayed 5 days). Housekeeping didn’t change our sheets / pillow cases / or comforters all week either. We knew this because our toddler left a stain on pillow case night one and it was present all week long after they would make beds. Overall good budget friendly place to stay in Ocean City with everything being so close by.
