This was my family's 1st time staying at this location. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and there was plenty for my 4 year old grandson to do. He loved the indoor pool, miniature golf, arcade room, playground and even the movie theater. He selected the movie he wanted to see and we were the only ones in the theater. The staff even popped popcorn for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights in the room with kitchenette, very clean indoor and outdoor pools. There is only 1 basketball hoop, had to wait a few times for the hoop, hopefully they can have more basketball courts in the future. The walls are thin in the room, you can hear your neighbor talking, kids crying and so forth. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk, close to amenities. Overall we had a great time!

The staff was friendly and very helpful with any problem that we had while there. We did encounter a few hiccups but would definitely come back to the property. It's location is perfect, it was not even 5 minutes from the beach to park if you want to drive . The amenities at the property were amazing we went to both pools and the arcade and movie theater but didn't get to play mini golf. The kids played at the play ground when we were on the property and not in the pools. Jello shots at the outside pool were delicious and the food in the restaurant was good.

Room - very clean and have kitchen Pool - indoor pool with slide was very good for kids. Outdoor pool and plash park was not open during the spring of 2026. Movie theater - every night is a movie night and the theater has a very good recliner sofa seat. The resort itself is located in very prime location, there is an outlet mall just in front of the resort and there are many restaurants close by. Also beach and broad walk is just 5 mins drive.

Exercise room not up to par. I couldn’t get the one treadmill to work. The website showed a kitchenette but we only had a microwave and refrigerator that froze everything. The staff were incredibly nice. Everything was very clean.

The staff were amazingly friendly. Having the indoor water park and mini golf at the resort was nice. The room was absolutely filthy though. I couldn’t even use the microwave because of how dirty the kitchen area was. There was hairs in the freezer. The floor didn’t seem to be vacuumed in a long time. There was dirt on the beds. Little black specs of dirt were on every surface of the room. The outside lights were so bright shining in to the room and no way to stop it so falling asleep was hard. It was okay for one night but I don’t think we will stay here again.

The room was clean, but very musty smelling. The walkways and stairs had garbage on them. For 3 days no one cleaned them. Beds were left unmade, only garbage from room removed. There were neighboring rooms that looked like they had too many people in them, just hanging out, and it was noisy. Had a trailer park vibe! Pool was nice, though!

Its a nice well maintained property. Lots of amenities outdoor pool was great, indoor as well. The shuttle service was great its just that the last one to pick up back to the resort is before 10pm. There is no breakfast at the resort but we stayed at the cottage which is really nice and has a kitchen and friz. The pizza place is a great place to have a last min plan to eat( open 11 am to 11pm). We enjoyed our stay. Not tooo far from the beach, its not walkable please.
