The Pros - the price, location to the beach and the pool. The Cons- the room was not as clean as you would expect, the bathroom was dated, the balcony furniture was not clean. Overall, if you are looking for someplace to rest while at the beach all day on a budget, this is the place.

It was a decent place to stay. Affordable with a good Ocean view. Although the hot water in the shower didn't get very hot. Would stay here again.

The location was excellent, and the oceanfront view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that I was unable to check out before 8:00 a.m.

The only bad thing about this place was that the bathroom was not very clean, especially the tub, which definitely needs some deep cleaning. The air conditioner also needs to be cleaned. On the positive side, this place is just steps away from the beach, which is great. The house cleaning was okay, although our bed was only halfway made.

It was a cheap last minute place to stay pools were clean. The room had an amazing view but it was not totally clean. Floors were still gross no toilet paper in the room. Had to call twice for sheets for the pull out sofa bed finally had to walk down and get someone to get me sheets. Check out was at 11 at 8am our key stopped working, another family member that was inside had to let us back in.

Lovely beach view, appeared to be renovating rooms. Had one room’s door open for over 12 hours and we saw multiple cockroaches outside. A bold move. Our room was not updated, but for the cheap price, we got what we paid for. It served its purpose but I was nervous to find roaches in our room. I’d stay here again, hopefully it’ll be updated by then. The staff was great. Helpful and kind. Easy check in/check out.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
We checked in at 3 PM. The room was supposed to be ready. We walked into the room; the floor was not swept, and there was a dead fly squashed on the wall by the beds. We pulled the bedspreads down on both beds, and the sheets on both beds were not made; it actually looked like someone had slept in the beds. I was not even offered a discount or anything. Management came up, picked the fly off the wall, and swept the floor. It used to be a nice, clean, and reasonably priced motel that we always stayed at. Hopefully, management will turn it back into what it used to be.
