Price and location hard to beat. Don't expect a real aide ocean view. And while it has a fridge and stove they were nasty. Ok to put fully sealed items in but nothing else. Room itself and bathroom were clean just kitchen area left a lot to be desired and there was no coffee maker. The staff at check and and check out were very helpful and friendly.

I had just lost my entire reservation and payment from another property and booking agency; because I had opted to arrive a day late. Here we were with no place to stay. and Expedia suggested Eden Roc. The people at that property, one and all, were kind and considerate and presented us with a standard efficiency at a reasonable price with a balcony and ocean view! I had always wanted to rent that type of property. We had a pleasant stay; close to the boardwalk, ocean, shops, and rides. We loved it!

This room was in the perfect location to the boardwalk and other places. We loved it. The room was very clean and having the private balcony was nice! I would definitely stay there again!

When I arrived, I had To check in at another location which I knew going into it. The inconvenience came when I walked into my room and it didn't appear to have been cleaned (towels on the floor, trash not emptied, dirty underwear in the trash?! etc.). I then had to drive back to the main office to show them photos and request the room be cleaned at 9pm at night. The staff was great with getting it taken care of although it doesn't make a great first impression walking into a "used" room. I also requested a Partial ocean view as outlined in my reservation since there was no ocean front rooms available. I however got a parking lot city view. When I requested to be switched per my confirmed reservation, I was denied such as all the rooms were booked. I would imagine no ocean view is cheaper but was not reflected on my billing. I however was given a $40 food voucher for specific restaurants which I didn't use. The room was really only for sleeping so it didn't affect our time in OC but it was more of a disappointing experience. I'm not sure I'd stay again.
