We stayed in the Promenade and it was perfect with kids. The kids were able to go right out to the deck and sit in the chairs and watch the ocean. The room was clean, the staff was great with getting us extra towels, anything that we needed. I will be staying here again.

From the front desk to the room, our last minute overnight stay was a good experience. We had the perfact view of the ocean from the 7th floor such that we could watch the dolphins swim. I have been to other spots on the boardwalk but this is by far my favorite and will definitely book again. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also a reason to stay. The food is fresh and delicious.

the room was spacious and comfortable, cleanliness was good but not the best. staff was friendly. great location. the food offered at the attached cafe was good but quite pricey, to be expected at a touristy area. i liked that the hotel was pet friendly, but no designated park or area to have your pet roam or play, which is a bummer. my family and i do plan to stay here again due to the convenience.

location was excellent, the hotel is dated but they do maintain it. staff made the vacation excellent. indoor pool was closed for the day we got there for repairs but opened up for the remainder of the stay. the tiki bar at the pool never opened, and the bathrooms at the pool could have been maintained better since the pool was crowded every day. would definitely stay there again!
