The side view of the beach was good and the location on the boardwalk was also good. The staff was friendly and courteous. The ac was excellent, we had to turn it down because it was too cold. The room was clean.

Front desk staff very nice! Rooms are clean and the view of the ocean is beautiful! Rooms have everything for a few nights stay- small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker- shampoos and conditioner- hair dryer! Always a great stay with Americana! Will continue to visit!

The place in general is dated. That being said, the place was cleaned daily. The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. My biggest complaint was about the outside hallways between buildings… we came in during a storm, while walking from my room to the elevator on the third floor, I found the floor to be slick… slipped a number of times. My favorite part of my stay was the view from our ocean front room. Definitely worth the entire stay.

Our room was clean and on the first floor which was nice. I didn't need to walk down or up many flights of stairs. This hotel is right by the boardwalk which is right between the beach and the hotel. I would totally come to this hotel again.

The view was amazing. We had beach front. The people watching from the balcony was top notch. The room was good. Didn't spend alot of time in there. Elevator was slow, but it worked as it should. The girls at the front desk were awesome.

The room was relatively clean. Wifi doesnt work on 4th floor (kinda wouldve been useful when it's pouring and flooding the streets, while the other floors had great wifi when we walked down) be aware of MD clean air act before booking anything with a balcony if you smoke (aka save your money) it was in a great location right in 6th street. Bed wasnt comfortable at all. Hair dryer is horrible (as are most hotels, just figured i throw it out there) BUT the shower tempature got up higher, I was SUPER surprised. Whole bathroom will be soaked after showers so be careful. Probably wont pick that place specifically again. Staff wasnt really caring so much, not that I needed them.
