We rented the three bedroom condo and were happy with the size, location, and amenities. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the place was pretty clean. We used the washer/dryer for our beach towels and clothes. The location is fantastic, just a two block walk to the beach. The indoor pool was great - we went to it every day and were the only ones there. We had a couple of needs and questions during out stay, and the desk staff at the hotel was super responsive. Minor issues: - There was a coffee-maker, but no coffee and no filters. The filter types were not carried by any of the markets nearby. - We were on the third floor, right off the rooftop deck. People let their kids run around screaming at 7am one day, so I would have liked to see some rules about use. - on the other side of the condo was a busy road with lots of traffic noise, but I don't know if there are any properties that can get away from that noise if you're close to the beach. - The listing is a bit confusing on parking costs - it says 1 spot is included, but then says the spot is $10/day. It is in fact $10/day, so not really included. All in all, we would stay here again.

I’ll recommend this property to those who are looking for a spacious place for vacation, it’s very nice and clean. The only bad thing about this property was only one parking per reservation. But overall best for family with young kids. Boardwalk only 5 minutes walked from the property.

Room was clean. No utensils, dish soap, body wash, paper towels or toilet paper as stated. Charged 10 per day for each car. Only 1 spot available insight and other spots were 10 blocks away! Staff was rude and not accommodating at check in.

It was a nice spacious condo. We had 9 adults and 2 children. With our party size we had more then one vehicle and that is all that is allowed to park on site. Street parking is free in the area but is far few and in between. The parking lot was almost half full should consider a first come first serve for extra parking space per each room.

It was a really nice condo for our party . Everything was great. The only issues I had was not being able to park both vehicles at the hotel the other was only 10 streets up which wasn’t bad but a little inconvenient. Also had to buy trash bags because there wasn’t any. You do have to put down a deposit also which is understandable and they did refund it so that was awesome. It was nice overall I would recommend it for large families.

In the description on the booking site, it said that it was on the Sandy Beach and it was not. The kitchen supplies sucked the washer didn’t work. And another really annoying thing was that it was 10 women saying which there’s plenty of beds there was not enough fitting for all of the beds and we asked for more towels. They told us that there’s a washer and dryer. When we reached out about all the misleading things on the booking site we were hung up on after they answered questions saying it was the wrong number. I will say the bathrooms were extremely nice, but the misleading and false advertising was terrible. One booking with the Americana would be advised that this one is not on the beach like it said.

Sleeps 14 yet only enough seats for 6. Fridge was all dented and rusty, dishwasher fell apart when opened, table had cigarette burns all ovr it. Door wouldnt close sometimes, beds were very uncomfortable. Dirt surrounding ac vents was disgusting. Again 14 people and one 32" tv? Terrible!! Will say pool was very nice. Staff seemed bothered and inconvenienced.
