“Ein ganz tolles Hotel, mit außergewöhnlich gutem Essen und schönem Wellnessbereich. Ganz besonders aufgefallen ist uns, wie freundlich das Personal und die Inhaberfamilie war. Das haben wir bisher selten erlebt und man fühlte sich sehr willkommen bis fast schon zuhause. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

They provided a fan heater which has a fan setting. Unfortunately it wasn’t very useful, but I appreciated their aim to help. “The hotel, room, and service was excellent. No problem. The situation of the hotel is also good. Near to the castle of Neuschwanstein, and in a quiet place. The price is also good for the service offered. The only negative thing: there was no wifi on the rooms, only in the common areas.”
