Nice place. One of the better APA hotel. Their pillow is good and I was tempted to purchase one of it. Please note that other APA hotels don't sell them except online. Edit: This is my 2nd stay in this property. The exceptional staff named 菊地 sure knows how to read my mind when I asked her for assistance! When I am back in Obihiro, I will definitely come back again. Car park wise, there are guide (from the pamphlets) make sure you ask the staff where you are located at and also use Google Translate!

予想外の猛暑でエアコンの効きがとても悪かったが、チェックイン時に数量が限られるが扇風機を貸し出してくれるということで、借りられたので少し熱さはしのげたのでよかったです。 施設周辺にある居酒屋は喫煙可能店しかないので、子連れでは飲みに行けません。 ホテル前にセコマがあるのでとても便利です。

エアコンの効きが悪く、かなりの騒音がするので、フロントに電話をすると、男性(支配人？)がどの部屋も同じで、扇風機を貸し出すことしかできないとのこと。耳栓を借りて対応したが、全ての部屋が同じなら、チェックイン時に事前に説明があるべき。ありえない嘘で、誠意を感じなかった。全部屋に耳栓必要な騒音があるなら、ホテルとしての最低限のサービスは提供できないということになる。とても残念に感じました。

以前青森駅前のアパホテルに泊まったが、非常に良かったので帯広駅前のアパホテルにイン。 素早いチェックインや対応も文句なく、何より24時間フロントが空いているのが驚異的。 私は深夜1時までスナックで飲んでたが、普通に帰宅出来た。 スタッフの皆様には頭が下がります。 ありがとうございました。
