The owner was very accommodating for our late midnight arrival which we appreciated. We stayed in room #32. Pros: The room was clean, a/c worked fine, refrigerator was larger than most mini refrigerators, bed was comfortable. Cons: Only 2 small pillows on bed, no hot water, bathroom door did not fit well and was noisy to close. Cost was more than comparable motels.

We love the convenience and budget price of this little gem of a hotel. We've always had friendly staff, 3rd time staying. The quad room is the best deal ever!! Dog Friendly at a very reasonable price with nice, big grassy area to walk them. Best in town for us!!

Let’s get real. This is a 5-star for inexpensive motels. Very clean room. Fridge, microwave, and A/C. Convenient parking right next to room. All of which I wouldn’t expect for this price that beats the competition by a factor of 2!

Clean and comfortable

Louis and his wife could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Property has been renovated so even though it is an older property it was clean and comfortable.
