Das Nuki-System an der Tür war nicht korrekt angebracht. Es war eher Glück, dass sich die Tür überhaupt öffnen ließ. Bei einem der Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung, sodass er nicht benutzt werden konnte. Im Badezimmer war die Nutzung des Föhns nahezu lebensgefährlich: Das Kabel war beschädigt, die Isolierung teilweise offen, und der Stecker hing lose aus der Wand. Auch die Heizungen ließen sich nicht regulieren. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen blieb jedoch: Die Betten waren bequem und in gutem Zustand.
