“Había pedido habitación para 3 personas pero me dijeron que no tenían. Tuve que reservar otra adicional y pagándola, pero la original si contaba con sofá cama para la tercera persona. Así que fue un gasto extra innecesario. Pero lo peor es que la habitación individual la cama estaba muy mala y no tenía aire acondicionado el cual nunca comentaron. Pasé pésima la noche. Hice el comentario al día siguiente pero de nada sirvió. Para colmo, el desayuno, el huevo tenia pequeños pedazos de plato...

“Stay here!! My friend and I travelled to Berchtesgaden and decided to stay here, it’s fairly central to a lot of things, was close to drive and walk to different spots. We rented a car and there was free parking outside of the hotel. During check in, the staff was incredibly kind. The atmosphere made me happy to be there and we’d stay again. Breakfast was great!!!”

“Everything was perfect. Check-in was fast, room was super clean and spacious. Love the hanging chair and the couch in the side of the bed because not many “small” rooms have a decent place to sit. Shower was really good and AC will always be appreciated. Para llegar en transporte público, se debe tomar el tren S3 en la estación central, hasta la parada Puch Urstein, y de ahí caminar 1km, como 30 o 40 minutos en total.
