The location was great and the room was clean. It was really easy to access the trains and the ferries. Only complaint wound be the unhoused people and rowdy teenagers around the property and in town.

We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Oban. Glad we spent atleast 2 days here as Oban was one of our favorite spots in Scotland. Very walkable to everything we did and very close to Lorne which was my wife’s favorite restaurant in the trip (was accordion night) hit up a lot of other restaurants and the views and scenery there are the best. Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. Our room had a great view of the water.

What an amazing town & this property was centrally located with stunning views. The suite was clean & well equipped with an AC. We highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling to Oban. This was a highlight of our Scotland trip.

The property is situated in the perfect location for visiting Oban. Sunsets from the Perle's patio are clearly a popular time to visit as it filled up with people enjoying a cocktail (Oban Whisky, we'd assume) and the breath taking view of the sunset over a lovely harbor and bay.

There was a barking dog staying in the hotel. Something in the walls would rattle and hum at night. Definitely not quiet. With that said, still a good hotel.
