The owner was lovely! The breakfast was good and the location was very close to downtown Oban. The room was comfortable. Our only issue is that the bathroom was tiny, but that kind of added to the charm of it. The common areas could use some dusting, but the hospitality and location more than made up for any shortcomings. We would stay there again.

Very good hot breakfast that was made to order. Continental breakfast items also available. WiFi worked well downstairs but could not get connected upstairs in room 10 at the end of the hallway. This place is a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 4 minute walk to a Lidl grocery store. Would stay here again.

We were so grateful for the friendly welcome on our late arrival, followed by a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Easy off-street parking. A sitting room with books if needed. Individually cooked breakfast and relaxing atmosphere. The B&B is also within walking distance of shops. Ideal.

Very friendly staff and a cosy BnB on a chilly July evening! My only issue was that my room number 6 was next to the fire door which kept me from sleep. The place advertised it was fully booked so nothing that could be done.

We arrived in Oban about 3 in the afternoon and left the next day at 7 AM, so our stay was quite short. However, our host was very nice and provided us with an unusually early, hot breakfast so we could be on our way early to the Glasgow airport.

Lovely hostess, location was good with easy walking to restaurants and downtown. Parking on site. Great hot breakfast. Only downside was that she allowed guest to bring dog - fortunately it was quiet, but I’d have chosen a different lodging if I had been aware as not keen on dogs. Perhaps his should be an added piece of info on booking site?
