Small room but had everything in it. Nice touch to have tea and coffee and soft drinks in room . Linens new and beds very comfy . My only concern is that the internet did not work at any time during our stay . No staff in house to contact. Also it would have been nice to have some shampoo and conditioner and lotion available. Otherwise a very nice property to stay .

Enjoyable stay - easy check in and very comfortable and clean room with delightful en suite bathroom. Beautiful historic home, easy check in, small parking area on site, comfy beds; I would’ve preferred one big bed but settled for twins. No views from the room and light comes in window from side of curtain ( it’s still bright at 9 pm!) Good enough for one night stay.

All hotels/ guesthouses in Scotland are very expensive. The room was particularly small for the price but it was clean and well kept. The hangover from covid is the absence of any customer service which is a shame. Self check in and self check out. No breakfast, no contact The owners seemed irritated by our towel request when this was overlooked by the cleaner. Paying over £100 didn't feel justified in the end. It's not somewhere we'd return.

Such a disappointment, the room was small and old fashioned. Very little space for two people, and damp in the atmosphere. Towels never dried and had to shower and air dry as gettibg dried with a cold damp towel was no fun. Check in security was pior, anyon can just walk in and pick up keys to a room , no staff around and when you rang the numbers for contact there was no answer from all three!
