Carol and Bobbi were exceptional hosts and run a very smooth operation,,,,,,location location location.....close to town but away from the noise of a town / city. cannot say enough of our 2 day stay but if and when we return to the area we will be booking in.

Pure magic. The stunning views, the hidden babbling stream right outside my door and the perfectly appointed, beautiful and warm room. And Carol the amazing host. Perfect breakfast every day. This was my favorite stop on our adventures in Scotland and I hope to get back.

We loved this place. Nice comfortable room. Beautiful view from the property. Breakfast was wonderful. Our stay couldn't have been better. If you happen to drive to the property using the back roads, dont fret. The property really is only about 2 miles from town.

What a find with this accommodation made even more special by the owners warm, personal care and special touches and great attention to detail. Breakfast is to order and great choices all personally looked after and catered for by Carol. The views and tranquility of the area around the property are just breathtaking and we found some amazing places to visit in and around Oban. Fantastic for parking too at the property. A wonderful option in Oban!

Carol and Bob are fantastic warm hosts with a lovely, clean home and great suggestions for things to do in and around Oban. They also served the best breakfast we had in Scotland bar none- including some well rated places in Edinburgh. I highly recommend their B&B when visiting Oban and would visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. Very peaceful and the view of the countryside is breathtaking! The breakfast was delicious and our hosts made sure we had everything needed. Loved the bar cabinet and the selection of gin, whisky, beer and wine. It was great to take a gin and tonic and a whisky after our long drive. We did not want to leave 😃, we would of stayed longer! Outside the traffic of Oban

Owners were great. Place was spotless. Comfortable & quiet. Our room was beautiful with it own little covered deck. Breakfast was fantastic.

Fabulous stay!

We had an amazing stay at Aspen Lodge. The hosts, Carol and Bobby, were helpful and attentive from the moment we got there. Full of suggestions to help make the most of our stay. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The view was amazing! We couldn't stop looking out of the window! Breakfast was great. Carol makes an amazing poached egg, and the whole breakfast was lovely 😍 We highly recommend a stay!

An absolutely top notch B&B! Carol is attentive to every small detail, from locally made chocolates delivered to your room every day, to robes available if you wish to use them, to a small deck outside the room to enjoy the rural view. It’s a great property in a beautiful location. The absence of a common lounge means that whilst there you are confined to the bedroom. There is a dining room which functions well. Outside areas are exposed and in inclement weather cannot be used.
