The beds are not the greatest but the staff is very friendly and the room was clean. They include fruit, coffee and bread for breakfast which was great before our flight.

Our visit was amazing at NaNa Vida ! We had a delay due to missing airline transfer, but they worked with us, since my daughter arrived on original day. Breakfast was a treat each day. They assisted with getting taxis for us on many occasions. Also, helped us book excursions!

I like waking up to sound of birds singing every morning. I liked the hotel decor. Personnel was friendly and always offered water coming in or out of hotel. They helped me organize some tours.

We've stayed at NaNa Vida on two visits to Oaxaca and appreciate its gracious, helpful staff as well as its airy, spacious, and well-decorated rooms. The hotel is a ten-minute walk to the Zócalo in a quiet neighborhood and near excellent restaurants and craft shops.

This is a beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful and so helpful. They offer you water bottles and carrying your bags to your room. I got a free artisanal handmade soap! The free continental breakfast was perfect for me! Room was clean, beds comfortable, and air conditioning was awesome! I would stay here again!

We only stayed one night here but it was absolutely amazing. Could not recommend this place enough. The staff were so friendly and we were even given welcome and parting gifts (organic hand made soap and coffee).

The room itself is decent, nothing to complain about. Wonderful wonderful service. People here have the best service, they greet us warmly, and provide us a temporary room to stay and rest when we arrived too early (like 6am in the morning). They have huge mango and pomegrante trees in the backyard, so we did pick up quite a few fresh mangoes to eat:)

Warm and friendly hospitality

Excellent hotel, ideally located to explore the centre of Oaxaca. Very welcoming with nice little gestures from the staff. Uniqlely decorated room witn objects from local artists. Will definately stay agin in the next visit.
