Property is fairly new. The decor, modern everything function properly in room. The staff who took care of the rooms was excellent. The front desk was always available for scheduling a taxi for any request that we may possibly have would recommend this to anyone.

This a 10/10 hotel, that’s truly a boutique upscale hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. They have us early check in and late check out and recommended great restaurants. The room is amazing, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The shower and bed are 5 stars. Loved our stay and we will definitely come back

Lovely stay at Luuna de Jade! The staff was super helpful and attentive, the room was spacious and yes, the water pressure from the shower was amazingly strong. The bar, Mantis, has very delicious cocktails; note, though, that the sounds from the bar can carry over to the rooms due to the way the building is configured, but the bar closes around 11 so it shouldn’t be an issue for a quiet night’s sleep. In fact, the neighborhood is perfectly located on a quiet street while being in the gorgeous and lively Centro neighborhood. You’re a stone’s throw away from amazing coffee shops, restaurants, street tacos, and a convenience store around the corner.

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. Especially since it's close to the central area... It was a great location to rest a little with the kids after lunch and then go sightseeing again in the afternoon. Be sure to try Welcome House Mix at Mantis Bar. You will fall deeply in love with mezcal's charm. It's hard to go on a date when traveling with children, but it's a great place for couples to have cocktails for a while. The taco place next to the hotel is also so delicious as a late-night snack.

This is a new hotel that opened on Oct 31st, 2025. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the AC and it was resolved very quickly. We got a room with 2 queen-size beds. The room was large and spotless. The hotel was also in a very good location within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. The Martis bar in the hotel was just the right size and served excellent food and drinks. Definitely will stay here again for our future visits to Oaxaca.

The hotel is not quite ready to be considered five star. It’s new, but lacking are communal lounge, patio, and reception. The value can be realized by limiting bar noise, providing comfortable chairs in room, and providing a social setting outside of the bar/breakfast service.

I had the chance to experience this beautiful new hotel placed in the best location, right in the middle of everything but also away from the chaos. What drew me in was the design, upon arriving, it did not disappoint. Jade is the theme and color of the entire space, somehow it works by creating a sense of calm. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable and the shower was huge, like you had your own spa. Lastly, the entire staff was friendly and warm, never hesitant to accommodate your needs and offer great recommendations for food and sights. Can’t wait to come back!
