Room was right next to reception, and the dining area for the restaurant. Overall a great place to stay. It is located 2 blocks away from the city center.
I had to take my flight very early in the morning and the gentleman at the front desk called a reliable and trusting taxi that took us to the airport safe and fast.
We had a great stay here. It was exactly what we needed for our family of 6 to stay for a few nights before heading home. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a restaurant located inside and it was very convenient.
The Front desk Female is so Rude they cancel mi reservation she did do ANYTHING to HELP se goes you have no Reservation so is No Room do wherever you have to do and she walks away.
Room very noisy very small beds are very hard like a rock no outlets to charge or connect anything.
I do not Recommend this place waste the money
The only thing is good is the two Gentlemen of the Front Desk the young men and the Gentleman from night shift very nice people they help us on everything.
Thank you!! We loved it, especially eating our breakfast in the patio just outside our door. The food was great!

Can't beat it for the price.
I had a lovely time. The location is perfect if you want to explore thr centro area. It's basic, but clean. The price is amazing as is the staff. Leave the water running in the shower for a bit to get hot water. It's not a luxury hotel.
Simple, small but clean. Wouldn't stay more than 1-2 nights but price is good. Bathroom was really small (sink is practically on top of the toilet). But the bedding seemed new. Only a few rooms with a back varanda area.

Good location near Oaxaca Zocalo and most important city activities. Hoyel staff is servicial and rooms are big but noisy if you are on the main patio where the restaurant is located or near the street.
Rooms need details to be called excellent, like doors that can close and isolate noise, add chairs and a table or desk, better water pressure on lavatory, etc. but it is what it is. Good location and fair price.
Construction noise from the University building next to our room till 1 AM in the morning and restarting at 7 AM.

Place makes you feel like you have traveled to the early 1900s. It is more of an old hacienda looking place. The hotel is not fancy but they are super clean. The beds are a little hard and the pillows so if you have your favorite pillow I suggest you take it with you. The hotel has a little restaurant and food is good. They just take a little long to serve you because usually they only had one waiter working at a time. If you are not in a hurry its OK. The location is super close to the zocalo so you can't beat that. We had a good experience overall.
It was very attractive inside, with an old-style central atrium, and lots of beautiful plants. The room was a bit tiny, and the bed a little harder than we're used to, but it was clean and well kept. We did have a little issue with water pressure in the mornings, which kept the toilet from refilling after it was flushed, and sometimes there was very little coming from the cold water side of the sink faucet, and/or the water on the hot side wasn't hot in the shower. But we loved it for it's location being so close to the Zocalo and walkable to large market areas! And can't beat the price!
Located centrally to the Zocalo. Inside, the room assigned shared space with the restaurant and lobby. The room did not minimize the noise and smell. People were smoking in the lobby (enclosed) and the smell was in the room. On-site manager stated they would refund the Orbitz charge and also cancel the American Express charge they made by mistake (2 charges for the same stay). After a month of waiting and no resolution for a refund, the experience left is negative.
Unless you were there to sleep only. That's about all you are going to get in the room. Every time you take a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet from the shower splashing from beneath the curtain. Encompassing the toilet and sink area. Only we're given two bath towels and one hand towel. I guess you get what you pay for.
The house keeping is one of the best I have experience the hotel it’s ok but the location and there house keeping makes up for everything going back soon
