The staff was great! I will give 5 stars to Lisbeth! She was accommodating in every sense of the way. The place needs an upgrade, overall. But if you want a place to go to sleep and that is it, then look no further. The facility is clean. You can shower with hot water. The bed is decent. There are no bugs.

The towels that were given were very old. Found a cockroach near the bed and it met its end right there. Staff was friendly and location was good, close to the mercado and center, just wish there was more affordable parking options nearby

Not a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2.

The room was different than expected from the pictures sown on the website. If you only need a bed to sleep, this is OK, but definitely not a cozy relaxing place. The property could be kept better. Staff was friendly.

Noisy, so it's better to stay on the 3rd floor, and towards the back. Also, as a suggestion to the management, it would be awesome to have at least one channel in English. The coffee and drinkable water was very welcome. I certainly would go back.

Other than the shower being built in next to the toilet our stay was great just take the garbage and toilet paper out before you shower . If you are going during cold weather you may want to take another blanket. There is no ac or heater. But that is normal for Mexico.

The room was super dirty mold all over the bathroom sheets stained after asked to cleany room was only changed sheets to blood stained sheets which is even worse staff was no help don't even know how this is an option for a hotel here on Expedia

It was the day of the dead weekend. Nothing else was available so we stayed here until we had other options. It has a bed and a shower/ restroom. It was either this or sleep in the street, so we opted for the stay but I would never stay here again if I had another option. On a positive side, it was dirt cheap and the staff were ok.

Do not stay at this property. The place was filthy, sheets were with stains, bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. This place looked like it was used by the hour for prostitution and drug users. Some of the natives told us they were glad we didn’t spend a night in this place as they feared for our lives.

You get what you pay for. Great price at a price. Very small, old. Towels rough, shower hardly had any presure, bed old too. No a/c although not needed at this time of year. Very noisey. No parking.

Worst place we’ve ever stayed at. More like a house turned into a cheap hotel. Noisy, no parking available, bad TV and WiFi signals. The shower was on top of the toilet (no joke). No daily cleaning. Photos were deceiving. You can’t contact them directly before your arrival and even Expedia couldn’t get in touch with them. Avoid!

Room was far from what was advertised. The bathroom was worn down and mold was visible in numerous places. Lots of loud noises during the night made sleep hard and interrupted. Little sense of security. There were motorbikes parked inside the hotel and people eating right outside rooms.
