Very convenient location. 2 blocks from food Mercado 3 from pasillo de humo. Always felt safe walking (3 single ladies ) and Staff was super friendly, even when my party was not the best they always helped with a smiling face. Property could use some updating but it was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was great! I will give 5 stars to Lisbeth! She was accommodating in every sense of the way. The place needs an upgrade, overall. But if you want a place to go to sleep and that is it, then look no further. The facility is clean. You can shower with hot water. The bed is decent. There are no bugs.

The towels that were given were very old. Found a cockroach near the bed and it met its end right there. Staff was friendly and location was good, close to the mercado and center, just wish there was more affordable parking options nearby

The room was different than expected from the pictures sown on the website. If you only need a bed to sleep, this is OK, but definitely not a cozy relaxing place. The property could be kept better. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a convenient downtown Oaxaca location, and the rooms were acceptable, although the furniture is very old and outdated. The bathroom layout was unusual, with the shower located between the toilet and sink and no shower curtain, which made the entire area wet after showering. Unfortunately, our biggest issue was cleanliness. We found three large cockroaches in our room. My daughter was so uncomfortable that she refused to stay in the room and chose to sleep in our truck instead. I notified the hotel staff, and they did try to help by offering to move us to a different room. However, my daughter no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel. Since the reservation was prepaid through Expedia, the hotel stated they were unable to provide a refund. We had reserved two rooms because my nephews were staying for five days. The staff did move them to another room, which we appreciated. The employees were polite and attempted to assist, but the roach problem significantly affected our stay. Another thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, only fans, which may be uncomfortable during warmer weather. Overall, the staff's efforts were appreciated, but the cleanliness issues and lack of air conditioning made this a disappointing experience.

Noisy, so it's better to stay on the 3rd floor, and towards the back. Also, as a suggestion to the management, it would be awesome to have at least one channel in English. The coffee and drinkable water was very welcome. I certainly would go back.

Other than the shower being built in next to the toilet our stay was great just take the garbage and toilet paper out before you shower . If you are going during cold weather you may want to take another blanket. There is no ac or heater. But that is normal for Mexico.

The place looked nothing like the pictures online. Upon arrival, we were given a few towels, but they were dirty and stained. When we entered the room, it appeared as though it had not been cleaned. The blankets had visible stains, and the bathroom was unclean and unsanitary. Due to concerns about safety and cleanliness, we only stayed for about 10 minutes before requesting to check out, as the accommodations did not meet our expectations. Fortunately, we were able to find another place to stay. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here.

It was the day of the dead weekend. Nothing else was available so we stayed here until we had other options. It has a bed and a shower/ restroom. It was either this or sleep in the street, so we opted for the stay but I would never stay here again if I had another option. On a positive side, it was dirt cheap and the staff were ok.
