It was super clean! It's well-maintained and really close to all the other stores, which is awesome for getting around. The rooms are nice and clean, and it was nice and quiet too. I totally liked it!

La ubicación del lugar es excelente, solamente a dos cuadras del centro. Por otro lado, en los baños utilizan regaderas ahorradoras de agua, cosa que está bien, pero son tan pequeñas que el agua sale a chorro y hasta llega a ser incomodo bañarse y lastimar. Por otro lado, la chica Ruth de la recepción fue grosera con mis padres, personas de la tercera edad. La reportamos en la aplicación de Expedia, cambió su modo, pero al final creemos que por haberla reportado, se nos "perdieron" las llaves de la casa; no quiero pensar que revisan las maletas o bolsas porque las llaves estaban en una bolsa de mano y no las volvimos a ver cuando regresamos.

De los 4 dias que estuve en dos ocasiones no había agua caliente en la mañana. Ademas el check in no estuvo a tiempo. Me entregaron la habitación una hora mas tarde. En la barra de cafetería, el cafe esta frio. Las habitaciones e instalaciones del hotel son limpias y aceptables.
