Beautiful pool area, good included breakfast, excellent location, cleaned well. The only real negative for me is the mattress was uncomfortably hard (seems to be a thing in Mexico). My room was on the dark side so I recommend booking a room overlooking the pool. Overall a nice place.

The rooms were spotless and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping—fresh towels each day and complimentary water bottles restocked daily. Breakfast was included and had a nice mix of options (usually one vegetarian and one meat choice), plus yogurt and fruit, coffee and tea. The pool was awesome, and pool towels were available. The front desk staff were also fantastic, great recommendations on what to do, and they helped book our tours and even arranged our taxis for our final day. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to all the main sights. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in 4 different hotels in Mexico and this was our favorite. Great friendly staff, breakfast, rooms and ambience. It was very quiet and peaceful. Lovely to relax by pool and read. I highly recommend this hotel, the room was not large by US standard but adequate, spotless and the shower water as hot when needed which we very much appreciated. The staff was the best and the breakfast changed everyday with a choice of two dishes with a side plate of fruit and cereal, juice and coffee or tea. Loved the heated pool in the beautiful tropical garden, The hotel was not far from everything, in a safe neighborhood. A Wonderfull hotel for a good price. We would choose this hotel whenever we return.

Basic in some ways, yes. Those in search of grand breakfast buffets and luxurious rooms and baths probably should not stay here. But everything is comfortable and clean, the staff could not have been nicer, more professional, or more helpful, and the swimming pool and terrace breakfast area are a pure pleasure. The location is close enough to the center for easy access—but at enough of a distance to avoid the crowds. And the pool area really is an oasis.
