The room was immaculate! There is AC, heat, plenty of sunshine if you get a room with a window. This hotel also has a full breakfast, with traditional Mexican dishes AND American favorites. The breakfast is included in the stay and varied a bit from day to day. Coffee and juice are also provided. You can flush the toilet paper down the toilet 😳! Beautiful terrace (used for breakfast, but otherwise accessible). The hotel staff were helpful, patient with my broken Spanish and an absolute joy to have! HIGHLY recommend.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and accessible. It was close to a lot of restaurants, vendors, and shopping areas within walking distance. Transportation to other towns is right at the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff are courteous. The walls are paper thin, and unfortunately, I had to hear a man vomit every night for 5 nights in a row. The room wasn't as clean as I would've liked and the room can get a dingy smell if you don't put in the A/C and leave a window open. However, it felt safe, the bedding was clean, and the location is about a 10 min walk to the zócalo. Great for the simple traveler that isn't looking for any luxuries. Buffet breakfast is only good if you get there early.
