Beautiful hotel with restaurant in the lobby area. You get coffee and pastries included if you come down for breakfast. Ac in units was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped print our return flight tickets because Oaxaca airport won’t take digital. House keeping was on top of room cleaning everyday. Not to mention the location is phenomenal!

Lovely hotel. Walking distance to tons of good restaurants, and the room was nicely done. The staff were very helpful; organised laundry service and booked a taxi to the airport. There is some noise from the onsite restaurant but it was worth it to have this conveniently close as the food was great (amazing shrimp!)

Wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Vertical! The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. Room was nice and clean and a decent size excellent shower and toiletries. We did have lunch on our arrival and it was very tasty. Only criticism would be that our internet in Room 101 was pretty patchy. Seemed fine everywhere else, just not in our room. Staff were excellent.
