Lovely hotel. Walking distance to tons of good restaurants, and the room was nicely done. The staff were very helpful; organised laundry service and booked a taxi to the airport. There is some noise from the onsite restaurant but it was worth it to have this conveniently close as the food was great (amazing shrimp!)

Wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Vertical! The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with sockets at the head. Shower was excellent and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of town. If you don't want a big breakfast (like us), there are lots of cafés nearby.

We were very pleased with how exceptionally clean our room was. The hotel is very secure and quiet at night. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The only downfall was the valet parking has a 15-20 minute wait but you can call ahead before your arrival.
