The staff was so friendly and helpful!! Very welcoming. We loved visiting the rooftop bar. The staff there was awesome! During the day, I would go up to the rooftop to lay in the sun. A wonderful, quiet, and very beautiful space to relax. We loved our stay here!

This hotel is wonderful. The staff go above and beyond, they are really the highlight. However, the hotel is very comfortable, our room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable, the restaurant and bar were great and the location is perfect. Close walking to distance to central oaxaca

The staff, especially Nayelli, made the stay special. The rooms are really nice and spacious. We had a problem with the air conditioning system and Nayelli was extremely accommodating to get the problem fixed. The in hotel restaurant had great dining options, breakfast was delicious. Great chilaquiles and amazing cinnamon coffee. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One small suggestion is that I would ahve put the A/C units in the back of the room, instead of over the bed. The showers were really nice and had tons of room as well. Again, the staff were extremely nice. We had problems with our credit cards checking in. Since it was late, they allowed us to stay and resolve the issues the next morning. Really 5-star service for taking care of clients. Thank you.

Hôtel chic et merveilleusement situé

Magnifique hôtel luxueux aménagé dans l’ancienne ambassade de France. Décoration raffinée et chic. Chambre de luxe très confortable à la déco audacieuse avec des lustres en Crystal. Repas très bons. Le personnel est aux petits soins même si on a senti quelques couacs dans l’organisation dus sans doute au fait que l’hôtel vient juste d’ouvrir. Idéalement situé à côté du Zocalo, c’est un endroit parfait pour séjourner au cœur d’Oaxaca. Je me permets 2 remarques : la fontaine qui se met à couler le soir (pourquoi pas plutôt la journée ?) fait beaucoup de bruit car tout résonne très fort dans l’hôtel (la fenêtre de la chambre même fermée n’insonorise pas bien la chambre) et il fait un peu froid le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans la cour (ceci dit on est en février). Pour le reste le lieu est magique et raffiné.
