It’s centrally located, a couple of blocks from the town square with many events happening and great restaurants within walking distance. Hotel’s restaurant offers really good food too. Front desk staff especially Gustavo and restaurant host, Joseph were very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and there are two vanity sinks. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! Very welcoming. We loved visiting the rooftop bar. The staff there was awesome! During the day, I would go up to the rooftop to lay in the sun. A wonderful, quiet, and very beautiful space to relax. We loved our stay here!

It’s very odd to have a bathroom and shower with no real door. The room gets muggy and steamy whenever we showered. The floor in the bathroom area was always wet because the water from the shower leaked out. Why would there be a divider between the beds and shower instead of a wall? Hotel seemed to have no discernible style. Otherwise was clean and staff were very attentive and helpful.

The staff, especially Nayelli, made the stay special. The rooms are really nice and spacious. We had a problem with the air conditioning system and Nayelli was extremely accommodating to get the problem fixed. The in hotel restaurant had great dining options, breakfast was delicious. Great chilaquiles and amazing cinnamon coffee. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One small suggestion is that I would ahve put the A/C units in the back of the room, instead of over the bed. The showers were really nice and had tons of room as well. Again, the staff were extremely nice. We had problems with our credit cards checking in. Since it was late, they allowed us to stay and resolve the issues the next morning. Really 5-star service for taking care of clients. Thank you.

Propiedad linda y mut bien ubicada en el centro dela ciudad. Habitaciones grandes y agradables. Excelente que tenga estacionamiento gratuito.El personal sumamente amable y servicial. Podría mejorar la limpieza del piso (mis calcetines terminaron muy sucios de caminar con ellos). A la regadera le hace falta mantenimiento (únicamente destapar las salidas) ya que el chorro se dispersa por otros lados, en vez de caer hacia abajo.

El hotel está super bien ubicado. La atención es extraordinaria. Las habitaciones son muy grandes. No desayunamos ahí porque no incluía desayuno pero no hace falta con tantos lugares para desayunar deliciosos que hay cerca. A un par de cuadras está la plaza principal con restaurantes y también muy cerc el mercado donde desayunamos . Tiene un oxxo enfrente. Lo recomiendo amoliamente.
