The staff was very friendly. If you're just staying downtown, everything is within walking distance. The rooms were super clean, and even when we didn't leave the sign out for room service, they would still go and throw the trash out, at least, and do little things like that.

Clean friendly hotel in a central spot

free breakfast. Late check out. Only negative was the cleaning thing at 9 AM but besides that I enjoyed staying here.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel Casa Puga, very helpful and friendly concierge at the reception, resolved all my inquiries about the city , exceptionally clean room, new AC, very pretty little hotel , with its peculiar charm, in the middle of the historical center, everything I wanted to visit is within walking distance, will definitely stay there again!

Very nice staff. Hot water for showers usually took 20 to 30 minutes of running water to achieve enough warmth to take a shower. Internet was intermittent. Location was good. Staff was friendly.

I found this new hotel very modern and clean. My room was far from the entrance, so there was no noise from the street.Staffs were all friendly. And the king size bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Great location and staff but not comfortable

The interior of the hotel was new construction with random stairs everywhere in the historic center of town . All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However the room itself was very small and noisy. All of the rooms only open into the common areas. If anyone speaks even softly outside the room, the sound reverberates throughout the hotel. It literally takes 10 minutes of running the shower before the water would turn hot.

Oaxaca Centro

This hotel was nice and well kept. It is in a good location with lots of shopping and cafes nearby. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. Two blocks over from the pedestrian area and a few more down from the Centro historico. Overall it was a nice stay.

Did not like construction going on or no prewarning when booking. The property is connected to the next. You could hear jackhammers,banging of equiptment all hours of the day. The restaurant on top was quite noisy till late hours at night. They did have complimentary ear plugs 😆.

There is a noisy bar in the same building is like you were at the bar. We arrived at 11:30am to the hotel and all rooms were ready, but they told us that check in was at 3:00pm and that we had to pay 300 if we wanted to check in earlier. If you loose a plastic room key without any print you pay 250. If you ask the front desk for a taxi you pay 100 more to the driver. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They want to steal from you.
