Seeing that it was only the 2nd night in operation, the place was immaculate. there were a few hiccups, but the staff handled everything perfectly. Will definitely stay here again my next time in Gainesville.

The room and service were great. My issue is I booked a one bed room king suite and they didn’t have it for me I was given a regular king suite. That force my love one to have to stay at the hospital another night.

The room was wonderful and the location was awesome. The kitchenette in the room made the stay even better. The only issue was the lack of regular cleaning of the room. We used the same towels during our entire stay.

Honestly the ONLY issue I had with candle wood is the fact that w request an extra pillow. When I got to my room to check in, the pillow was just laying on the floor outside the room as if they didn’t have a key to actually put it on my bed like a normal hotel.
