The location of the property is close to public transit and shopping. Housekeeping was a major perk for me. Nothing like getting back to a clean room. Thank you so much! The room and property were clean. The view from my room was breathtaking! Loved the bath and body products! We were provided enough towels and wash cloths. Overall one of the best stays I've had. This was a great clean, safe property, with great staff, and amenities. Very aesthetically pleasing, with a classy look and great art. The down side is the $55 a night valet parking fee which is high but worth it, if you value your automobile, and your safety. Also, the valet staff lost my leather key fob cover, which I hope will be brought up as a teaching moment in their next staff meeting. Attention to details when dealing with car keys is needed.

Upon arrival at 7pm on a Friday, i was behind one group....it took almost 30 minutes for check in as only one person was working, i found it odd to have that on a holiday weekend..receptionistwas really doing her best! . Room and property was clean. Until the next morning when we exited our room to find someone had lost part of their hair extensions....no biggie....but after housekeeping came through it was still there...for 2 days actually lololol...the location is crazy convenient...people that work here are super nice. Will definitely stay again

Clean room, they ACTUALLY cleaned after the first night AT REQUEST though. Staff was lovely. No Breakfast which is Wack. No Continental breakfast which is even more wack. And parking sucks, $50 a night for parking is highway robbery. Parking should be included for All guests at least 1 space come & go!!! I was informed that there's extra charges for come & go parking which is like being held Hostage. It's NOT A GOOD Feeling to be charged money to come & go from parking. Most humans are from out of town so they will be coming & going. That is Basically a Financial Scam Hotels ARE GETTING AWAY WITH charging Ridiculous parking fees & charging Extra to come & go SMH.
