The guy that checked us in and out was super friendly, professional and welcoming. Shout out to him! Not sure why this place has low ratings. My stay was smooth and enjoyable. Easy parking, daily room service, clean room, comfortable bed and free breakfast. Overall the hotel is well maintained and staffed. Had no problems whatsoever, would recommend!
