I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the hotel is very clean and they have FULL LENGTH MIRRORS! I really enjoy their breakfast. My only complaint is the the elevator is ungodly slow.

The entire staff were friendly, welcoming and provided so many walkable and rideable options to visit, explore and eat and as tourists from out of town, this was much appreciated. Their breakfast and coffee/refreshment drinks station was very nice, as well. Our overall stay was amazing and we will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits. Thank you for the great stay!

We had a very nice stay the room was clean The staff was very nice. Answered all of our questions. Valet was nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. everything was cleaned at the location, the hallway, the elevator and the room. I don’t have any complaints about that location in Oakland I would go back again.
