The stay was great and had such a beautiful view. This feedback may seem small, but hotels charging for parking is a bit absurd. There's plenty of parking for guests, and this is something that should be included in someone's stay. Especially since it's not like we're staying in San Fran where it's a nightmare to park.

This is third time here and it's just right to visit Jack London Square and Oakland. Our room had a couch and was quite spacious with large bathroom. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Will stay there again.

Great hotel. I loved the size of the rooms and the breakfast wasn't bad. The parking lot does suck though, you pay to park but you have to be in your room early or parking will fill up and then you have no where to park

spacious bedrooms with balcony. Had a river view Not bad location but need a car, or can use Uber to lomdon jack square. From there great ferry service to san francisco. London Jack square has a few bars and places to eat.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here. The large room was very well maintained. The pool and spa were a nice treat. The breakfast had many choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast menu is the same every morning. Bag eggs were watery. Oatmeal was soupy. Coffee machine still not available. Coffee is awful. Staff are nice, room was ok. Dusty on the headboard. Refrigerator doesn’t work that great. Microwave turn table broken. Surrounding area is dirty with homeless people. Trash old cars and human excrements closed to hotel. Starbucks, Ramen Station and few stores within walking range. Recommend driving due to homeless people around. No gas station close by or public transportation.

The room was clean and opened to the bay, which was very nice. The location was not very convenient or safe to get around. The pool was nice but the hot tub was too crowded with kids to try out. The dinner we had at the Executive Suites next door was very reasonably priced and tasted great. The breakfast was served after we had to leave, so we couldn’t enjoy that.
