Amazing staff!

We have been "loyal" to the NOPSI, but the ownership of the property isn't keeping it super clean, and obviously are not putting into upkeep. For example, we checked into a suite, and asked if it had a small refrigerator, and was told it did, but it didn't--and the following morning reported this to the front desk. When we returned in the evening, it still didn't, which brought a more direct complaint. Key card "reader" was knocked off door to the room--and ran card by remaining hole, which worked OK--but did not make you feel 100% secure. Ice machine on our floor was out-of-order, and one floor lower it was working, and another guest followed me down, and I asked him if he had a working refrigerator in his unit--and he also was without one. We stayed for 4 nights, didn't ask for maid service but one day. On our first stay, there was complimentary coffee (2021)--today, you'll be lucky to have lobby water. If there is a "life cycle" to hotels--this one is definitely in the autumn phase--the wear and tear is real. Really appreciate the role that one man takes in the lobby, I told him, as long as I see him there, I'll come back, but it might not be for a stay.

Destination fee. I called the front desk on the first day to see if the fee applied and they said no. Then at check out i was charged. Very disappointed to be lied to.

Beautiful Cozy place , with plenty to keep you busy. Location also amazing. Staff was just okay. Afternoon bartender on the rooftop pool was a bit condensending. Front desk staff was helpful but only after you asked a few times. Other than that no complaints.

The only things that I didn't like were the size of the room, too small. And how close the room doors were to each other wedged in a corner. The people next door was obviously confused a few times, they kept trying to get into my room jiggling the door
