“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand.
When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

“今回泊まったDelux Twinではプライベートバスルームがあるのですが、1890年台からの建物のせいか、バスタブの排水時にがトイレ側の排水溝から水が上がって来ました。それ以外は素泊まりの感覚であれば場所は良い所なので問題ないです。一回のパブでチェックインだったので最初はわかりにくかったです。スタッフは皆さん良い人なので、通常会話の英語が出来れば田舎に泊まる感じで良いと思います。”

“This is one of.the cleanest places we have stayed. Beautiful husband and wife run hotel. They couldn't do enough for us. They had thought of everything to put in the room. Seriously it was that clean you could eat off the floor. I ordered myself one of the lights with charger for my own home aswell. we will stay there everytime we travel that way. Thankyou.”

“The accommodation was within walking distance of all we wanted to see & go to. It was the middle of winter, yet in our room, we were very comfortable & warm. We didn’t feel the cold whatsoever. Very clean & had all we needed for our two-day stay in Kiama.”

“We had an oceanfront cabin which was lovely, beach was nice, area was quiet. Cabin was very comfortable. AC in living area but just a fan in main bedroom, no fan in kids room. Clean, full kitchen. Kids pool was warm which was nice coz weather wasn't great. Splash park was fun but water was freezing! Still good fun and nice stay overall.”
