Staff was great. My room didn’t have a bathroom fan, there was a 6 foot spot about to fall down out of the ceiling, the first floor ice machine did not work, and everything BESIDES the inside of the room was visibly dirty. Once again the staff was very helpful in making the best of the stay, just a dirty hotel.

No one at desk when I arrived in the afternoon. I called the hotel and no one answered. Had to walk around the place to find someone in a back room to check me in. Room was clean, bed comfortable. AC cold. Location convenient to dining. Door was warped and there was almost a 1 inch gap at the top of the door. Window coverings were electronic but one was broken. Fitness center was FILTHY. Didn't use pool, but there were toddler swimming lessons the two days I was there. Breakfast was BAD. Coffee terrible. No one at desk either morning. I will not be going back here.

My room was clean and otherwise ok. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken and completely empty. The breakfast room was dirty, messy and rather gross. Two other guests kindly warned me not to make a waffle because the batter was sour. Most of the tables had not been wiped off and the floor was sticky. When I selected apple juice from the dispenser, it actually dispensed orange juice. Thank goodness the bedroom area of my room was nice. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing hotels on short notice. But if you want a quick breakfast, this is not the place to stay.

THE FRINT DESK( ( WE KNOW THEIR NAME) SAID THAT IT HAPPENS ALOT !! I STAY AT COMFORT SUITE INNS ALWAYS !! THIS ONE WAS DISSAPPOINTING WILL NOT STAY THEY WHEN WE GO BACK NEXT MONTH !! The check in host was very nice, but didn’t speak very good English so he was hard to understand. Other than that he was super nice. We got to the hotel at like 9:40 pm and the pool closed at 10 and he let my kids stay in longer since we had just checked in. The elevator and the hallway on floor 2 wreaked of marijuana so bad that it was almost sickening to walk down. Luckily we couldn’t smell it in our room or I would have requested another floor. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of foods and juices.

The room was clean and comfortable. The elevator door slower than watching paint dry, the window in our room had a huge crack that was taped together. Toilet ran every 70 seconds, that was very annoying. I did Let the front desk know upon my exiting about the toilet (so they could fix it). They did not seem interested. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very basic, Cheerios follows by fruit loops in the same dispenser. Could not get the fruit loops until the Cheerios are gone. All in all, if you only need a room for the night and you have a good sense of humor…..it did the job. Would not recommend staying more than the single night.
