Clean and tidy room with bathroom. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant but there was one. Check in was easy and our hostess very friendly and accommodating. Location excellent for the small town. All in all just what we needed.

The proprietors went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When we ordered a gin and tonic, they said they were out of gin - but ran out and bought some and delivered the drink to our room. Clean, comfortable, and safe.

Proprietor kindly carried our suitcases up one flight of stairs. The Hostal was clean and worked well for us for our one night stay along the Portuguese Camino. Easy to find. Lots of nearby restaurants. Very quiet room even though the street in front of the Hostal is being jack hammered up! Wifi intermittent.

The owner of the Hostal, José, was absolutely lovely. He was so welcoming, has a great sense of humour and helped us with our bags to our room. Room was clean, had hot water, very close to a nice café and right off the Camino for the fellow the fellow pilgrims out there! Highly recommend!
