I was a little hesitant about booking this place after reading some of the reviews, but my whole family was pleasantly surprised! We booked two rooms, and both were clean. The breakfast was great, too! As someone who doesn’t eat pork, I really appreciated having a good selection of other protein options. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Easy access to the Cabot Trail. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The dining facility where you have breakfast was top notch. Alot of the motel rooms had a view of the lake with seating outside your room as well to enjoy the view. We enjoyed our stay.

Perhaps because they have so many customers, they seem to take a rather arrogant approach to business; the level of cleanliness was lacking and the staff were not particularly friendly. But the breakfast was very good.
