“We made a booking for 2 rooms and paid for them 6 months ago. When we arrived at the hotel at 7pm on the day of our booking, we were told by the receptionist that the hotel was overbooked and got transferred to another hotel. The hotel didn't bother to inform us in advance of the change in our booking and thus ruined the unique experience we wanted to give to our foreign guests. They were certainly not impressed by Rwiza's unilateral decision to change a confirmed booking.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the lake. Plus, the food in the restaurant was excellent, which made dinners so convenient. ”
