Overall the hotel was clean and the amenities were good. Hotel breakfast was great the only downfall is I have yet to receive a receipt I have now asked three times for a receipt once when I checked out in twice on the phone for some reason I can't get one

Probably the cleanest Crowne Plaza that I’ve checked into for business travel. Kudos to the Housekeeping team. Very comfortable bed. Just ease down on the perfume that you spray along the hallways. It’s carcinogenic.

I had my dog with me and the property was very accommodating. The room was clean and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. My only suggestion would be to have a bartender and a waitress at the lounge. Our bartender on Monday was great but our bartender / waitress was not a good bartender. One other thing, my niece ordered a steak Ceasar salad both times and both times they brought her chicken when it clearly said steak on the bill. The kitchen staff needs to be able to know the difference. The food was delicious in any case! We were just disappointed about the steak being wrong both times. Overall, great experience!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean. It was unacceptable that the only windows in the room looked out on a pedestrian hallway--so there wasn't any way to open curtains without being on full display for anyone walking past! Property also seems without soundproofing--I could hear everything the occupant of the adjacent room did. Hotel also seems unable to address guests' use of vaping devices and marijuana in the building--resulting in clouds and persistent smells in public spaces and sleeping areas. Photos online present a lovely property, which I was therefore suprised to find had vacancies while nearby hotels were fully booked; but having now stayed at the Crowne Plaza Suffern, I appreciate why potential guests chose other accommodations.
