Very affordable in Nusa Dua, with nice breakfast options, and friendly staff. Treat yourself to a Balinese massage at their Spa—it's the best massage we experienced during our stay.

Notwithstanding the best efforts of the staff to maintain the property, a strong musty smell in the room which as I was told was the best and the cleanest, overshadowed everything else. The hotel is huge and visibly clean but quite dated and had seen better times. Needs serious renovations to mitigate the mold condition, obviously very prevailing in such climate. I was left with no alternatives, due to a very late arrival at 2 a.m. after long flights and lengthy waiting times in the airport. Hence the detailed review. Notwithstanding the beautiful grounds, with the lengthiest pool stretching the whole ground floor, and a fantastic delicious breakfast with an enormous variety of fresh and cooked dishes of different cuisines.

A good hotel, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Very large rooms, a very large pool. The service was nit 5 star, same iv valid for the breakfast. Not so good as other 5 star hotels in the area, but also much cheaper. Allover very good for the price.

Really good stay!

Excellent staff, everyone was trained well, but seemed all natural in their ways of communication. Food in Rasa restaurant was excellent for breakfast and Rendang was superb for dinner. Note that its the only restaurant open at the moment… Only bad remarks was it really needs to be painted and fixed many places. Maintainance is not the best, but it looks amazing from a distance

The Vouk hotel and suites are absolutely AMAZING. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms are so beautiful and most importantly, the staff are all sooo nice. It made my solo stay really welcoming. It's isolated from shops and convenience stores though so I spent a lot of my spending money on taxis to Kuta/Seminyak town centre and back each day. Very expensive.

Great Stay within walking distance to Geger beach

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel features a large swimming pool and is conveniently located near my favorite, Geger Beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the management could improve the floor cleaning quality. Additionally, a small clothes rack on the verandah for hanging swimwear would be beneficial. Otherwise, everything was perfect, including the friendly staff.

2 Nights stay, 1 king bed with huge soaking tub

Check in was easy, organized and prepared with my reservation info printed out. Luggage delivered directly into Room while I went out. Bed sheets and linens were nice and clean. 3 stars comes from issues with tub drain wasn’t able to release the water, inside the surrounding floor of the show was bad caulking and a lot of black mold. There were two shower towels, one seemed pretty clean, the other had stains and didn’t seem clean. Furniture was dated and Dull. and tv screen was tilted up due to bad setup, but worked Overall good size room, didn’t have any chance to explore anymore of the hotel as I was out for the day and stayed only 2 nights Also, had issues with my keycard after the first night.
