The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the staff will help you with everything happily. Walking the halls can give you a feeling of having time traveled to the past about 30 years ago, as the building is a bit outdated. If you’re looking for an especially quiet stay this is exactly it, as we had an entire dinner at the resort and only saw one single other person walk in to the restaurant.

The property is tired and the rooms could do with some work. The building is also very noisy so you easily hear your neighbours. I liked the ocean views and that it was away from the main tourist area, but a huge stone fell from the surrounding wall as I was enjoying the pool area. Thankfully it didn’t hit anyone, but if it had it’s possible the person wouldn’t have survived.

We were thrilled with our stay. The staff were incredible! The ocean view suite was clean, spacious and the view incredible. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever seen. Absolutely recommend it.

A hidden gem, very clean and immaculate. Staff are courteous and polite. The beach was little difficult to access so didn't bother going but we were looking forward for beach activities provided - but couldn’t make it as they are offered only in specific 2 hr time slot. Beautiful place to stay

Great time and a beautiful place to stay. One thing to note is the pool area only gets sun in the morning hours as they are on the south side of the island. Also, the beach is not very walkable as it is coarse sand and you sink in very deep. But if you stay on the property the whole time you will enjoy it, and the view is excellent.

Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves

Spent a wonderful 6 days at Ulu Segara in Nusa Dua, staying in the Ocean view suite room. Beautifully proportioned rooms and lovely furnishings with incredible view of ocean (huge windows with balcony to enjoy the afternoon cocktail and read a book). Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and sea breeze. Staff were friendly, very accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The location is perfect—quiet, with beautiful views, and the restaurant/bar serves delicious food. The room was fantastic—spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms offered stunning views. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. Their personal hospitality added a special touch to our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely choose to stay here again next year. Shout out to the kitchen/bar and room service staffs! Not as good as expected

I have been following the hotel for 7 years and finally had a chance to visit Bali and stay in the hotel. When I arrived the hotel, I realised that I had to climb the slope to check in. The 2 guys at the lobby saw me carrying heavy luggage to climbe but didn't offer any help. One guy looked at me for 3 times but turned away his head every time. This left me a poor first impression and I won't rate you high regardless how good the hotel is. After I arrived the lobby, one of the 2 guys came and offered to help with the luggage, I was so frustrated and rejected the help. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the 2 guys ruined your reputation a lot. The room was spacious, but some details were not good. For instance, there is no hand wash liquid which is uncommon. No bath salt is provided though there is bath tub. My wife was sick and need to see doctor on the day of check out. The hotel wasn't busy, but I was only given half an hour extension for check out which is inconsiderate. The hotel looks old and not well maintained. I believe it used to be very good but it is no longer the case. The view is fantastic but there are very limited activities in the hotel. I don't think I will return again.
