The staff are amazing, super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The buffet breakfast is awesome with heaps of variety, something for everyone. Highlight for us is the gym and the beach front pool. There is also a number of good restaurants nearby and a mini mart for convenience. Our girls’ trip at Sakala Resort was incredible. We stayed in a pool‑access room, which made the whole experience feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The resort is beautifully maintained and always clean, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and attentive. We loved having three pools to choose from, with swim up bars, a view of the beach and plenty of sun lounges. The food was consistently delicious, from breakfast to late‑night bites. My family visiting from Perth, Australia absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel was very clean. We highly recommend booking a pool access room — whether it’s day or night, you can simply step out and enjoy the pool, and my daughter loved it! The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel also has its own private beach. Definitely worth paying a little extra for the pool access room!

Great place to stay for vacation. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are suites with plenty of space. Beach club is easily accessible. The only mild concern is that it is a little out of the way for main areas as well as hotel pickups for excursions and tours. It is located at the northern end of Benoa/Dusa Nua, so to get out means going south in the the main area of the island. Close ot airport.

Just incredible! Our first visit to Bali and what a beautiful island. The Sakala resort lived up to our expectations and more. Stunning and great for young children. We stayed in a two bedroom pool villa which was just incredible and the Sakala Beach club is where we spent most of our days it has to be hands down the most beautiful pool/beach set up with swim up bar I’ve ever seen! The hotel is a little out of the way but this was perfect for us as it’s still only 20-30 mins from the airport, has a close enough supermarket to walk to and we planned several excursions to Ubud, Utuwulu, Kuta. For us the quiet location was ideal. The hotel offers a shuttle to take you to the Bali collection which has a wide range of restaurants, shops, markets, massage places and more. It’s only £2 in a taxi and great for evenings out. The Sakala resort is not only stunning but has the best people working there, from Weda who assisted us with absolutely everything, to the people at breakfast, the beach bar guys, the spa and kids club (we tried it all!) and Demmy the resort manager who always checked in on us - there are too many names to mention but I cannot fault the service and the kindness of all of the staff ♥️ we hope to be back one day soon!!

We had a lovely stay at the Sakala - rooms were very clean, choice and food at restaurants was great, including the very extensive breakfast buffet! Excellent hotel in Nusa Dua. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating and the hotel was huge with multiple pools and beach clubs.

Lovely stay there. Undoubtedly the best aspect of the hotel is the staff - friendly and helpful down to the guys at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is Excellent
