Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff who can't do enough to help. The additional experiences and entertainment were great and sunrise yoga by the temple was very special and I would definitely stay there again. Only one minor area that could be improved upon. Upon check in you are able to add room credit to cover drinks etc, and if you do so the hotel will add an additional 10 percent. This is great, however the communication around this could be improved. For example there is no obvious way to see how much of your credit you have spent, so I asked reception for my balance half way through my stay which was incorrect and I was unaware that not all hotel purchases e.g. renting a cabanna or having a spa treatment could be used for this credit.

Cannot fault this property! perfect luxury stay. No kids club so quite peaceful. Staff amazing! Polite, remembered our names, always checking we were okay. Food at restaurants and in room service good quality. Rooms spacious, coffee machine a bonus, balcony to pool a joy. Great entertainment and concierge fabulous. The atmosphere and pool lagoons plus waterfall and gardens are just magic! I will be back.

We had an amazing stay at the Laguna Resort and Spa. We could not rate this Resort any higher! The service was of the highest standard and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Resort is modern, spotless and the food amazing, especially the buffet breakfast and dinners in the Banyubiru restaurant. Its in a beautiful, quite spot outside of the hustle and bustle of the other parts of Bali, however Nusa Dua is some distance to other areas so getting around can take some time due to traffic congestion. Either way we will be coming back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure our stay was exceptional. We ate at Banyubiru several times during our stay, and not only was the food delicious, but the hospitality was some of the best we have ever experienced. Ryandika, Krishna, and Risky consistently went above and beyond to make our meals special. They even arranged for the chef to prepare Balinese dishes specifically for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable experience. The restaurant manager, Heri, was exceptional. Every time we visited, he made us feel incredibly welcome and provided outstanding service. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our experiences at Banyubiru even more special. Sella introduced herself as our butler for our stay, and she was wonderful. She was so sweet, kind, friendly, and helpful. She arranged reservations for us, regularly messaged to make sure we had everything we needed, and kept us informed about activities happening throughout the resort. She truly made our stay effortless. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family or friends visiting Bali. Thank you to the entire team, especially Ryandika, Krishna, Risky, Heri, and Sella, for making our honeymoon such an amazing and unforgettable experience!

Excellent resort. Surrounded by lagoons, which we had access to out of our back door. Outstanding!! Highly maintained property. Great staff that addresses all your needs and excursions. Excellent restaurants. Very relaxed and chill. Indonesia fire shows were excellent as well. The best of the resorts on the southern tip. Highly recommend this resort.

Clean rooms with nice water pressure in showers, beautiful lagoons all over the property, covered cabanas available to guests and access to beach. Buffet was outstanding with western and Asian dishes, lots of fruit and beautiful presentation.

We had a great experience at the resort bars & restaurants on a few different occasions. The staff were pleasant and personable and always willing to help. This Bali resort lives up to its five star rating in a great beach location.
