I was greeted with a welcome drink and friendly staff, who gave me a room upgrade and helped me with my luggage to my beautiful room. Also, the free breakfast is fresh and fantastic!!! The private beach and surf lessons available there were great (visited in late Feb for surf conditions). Also, my GoPro battery was damaged on the plane and the staff was kind enough to not only find a replacement online (not easy to find in the area), but fronted the cash for the order till I was able to return to the hotel for pick up. Fantastic accommodation, staff, breakfast, private beach and balcony view of the pool!!

The hotel must have been a beautiful five stars hotel 20 years ago! However, I still think they have done a great job maintaining it! The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in, very spacious and well designed. The pools are big and beautiful! The staff were super friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Bali collection shopping area as well as their private beach resort. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Grand Bali 🙏🙏❤️❤️

There are many hotels in the area that tastes of Western capital, but the friendly and dedicated staff, the homely atmosphere that reminded me of home even though I was in a foreign country, the delicious food and the wonderful smiles of the staff were impressive. This is a real Balinese resort, different from other resort hotels. If I go to Bali, I won't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel! Terima kasih!
