This resort is next level. The lounge is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Miss Ericka went above and beyond to make sure that my son and I felt welcome and well cared-for. We definitely want to come back again soon. Our stay before our cruise leaving from the Benoa port was too short! The grounds of the resort are super well kept and stunning. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay and this property. The breakfast at the lounge was delicious.

Our stay at Ayodya resort was great. We were particularly impressed with the excellent customer service we received throughout our visit - A special shoutout to Dillan :) Our room in the Palace Wing was lovely, clean, and offered a beautiful beach view. Its location was also incredibly convenient, providing easy access to the beach and various restaurants within the resort. We appreciated the wide range of amenities available for all age groups, and both the beach and pools were amazing. Overall, the resort provided a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with beautiful Balinese touches.

For the second half of our family holiday we stayed at the Ayodya Palace. It was relaxing, we didn’t get sick and for Bali standards it was great. The Ayodya also offered culture through design and we just loved the sun beds at the beach.

Definitely stay in the Ayodya Palace rooms they provided in the Palace room a coffee machine, laundry service free for 4 pieces of clothing each day. Champagne breakfast. Their free happy hour was excellent. Service in the Palace club room was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying in the Palace room.

I was in Ayodya for the first time with my wife and I can recommend it to everyone. It is a large and well maintained resort in a beautiful Balinese authentic style, and despite its size everything feels warm and cozy. Really all the staff and employees are super friendly with a big smile, you really feel yourself welcome and a respected guest. I highly recommend the Ayodya Palace for a beautiful Balinese experience. A special thanks to Noni and her colleagues who looked after us very well during breakfast, tea and cocktail hours. The beach is also very nice and we had no problem at all finding a sunbed. We will definitely come back here!

We stayed at this hotel after our cruise dropped us off in Bali. We spent a total of two nights/3 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Even though we were there during the rainy season, the hotel was a delight with green spaces and water gardens. The beach is steps from the hotel. The hotel has a variety of Balinese cultural activities as well as a wonderful spa. We enjoyed the dining options and the wonderful breakfast. I would see her again if my travels take me to Bali highly recommend the hotel.

This is an absolutely beautiful property located in an exclusive area amongst other five star resorts. The rooms are wonderful in the Palace area of the resort. The dining options are very good and fairly priced for a resort of this type. The staff is amazing: I just wish that I could remember all of these super-stars like Bena, Noni, Rindi (at the Java Cafe), Mahindra, …. While the resort rooms are probably very nice, splurge on the Palace rooms…..you will not regret it!! And for a super splurge, get suite 1196 with private pool, 2 private courtyards, direct beach access….

We stayed at the Palace for seven nights in early February. It had been a while since our last visit in 2016, so I was delighted to find that the Palace still exudes a beautiful traditional Balinese look and style, complemented by exceptional service. The Palace team, led by Bina, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. All the staff were outstanding, but I want to give a special shoutout to Kadik, Erika, and Noni. The breakfast was superb, and the complimentary cocktails and canopies in the evening were delightful. I highly recommend the Palace for a beautiful Balinese experience.

This property was lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everything you need is available at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautifully maintained, as are the grounds and pools. Bali Collection is a 10 minute walk away, or a $5 taxi ride.

Dated property - amazing staff

Very friendly staff but very dated hotel, doors have large gaps in, music plays until early hours and spillages not cleaned if it wasn’t for the staff being super friendly and attentive we would have looked to move elsewhere
