Accommodation was ok, but very noisy with constant building works ongoing and promises to resolve not completed. Air con didn't change settings so constantly too cold. Pool was very noisy with filter coming from a plastic pipe. Breakfast very poor.

Amazing worth you money and time

Absolutely amazing spot. The staff was super friendly, the best!! extremely helpful and also the apartments was just amazing Breakfast was great and there was a big selection of food, both traditional food and western food Welcome drink was absolutely awesome. The bartender was super friendly, and he loved to share his passion about making the drinks. Location was in an area where is easy to transport yourself around but traffic could get a little heavy Easy to get a scooter next-door This was at 10 for 10 and we have stayed in a lot of places

The property is perfect for honeymoon. We loved it except location wise was far from everywhere. Minimally took 1 hour drive to Kuta/Seminyak due to bad traffic. The room was clean and spacious. Private pool was cleaned everyday together with room housekeeping. It was overall an enjoyable experience. We were given complimentary wine and cake as it was our honeymoon trip. It was really nice!! Would come back again for a getaway 💕

Amazing Stay

Had a great stay. Very easy to communicate wait WhatsApp or Email. Staff and security team are great! Everything was communicated to me via costs for travel arrangement from/to airport, in-villa spa, room service, etc. We loved the villa and last minute I requested decor for my anniversary and although it was late, they still made something happen. I would definitely come back, it is further from other places - but it is quiet. I really felt like I could relax and not be overwhelmed by so many people. Plus the restaurant food was delicious. Downloaded Gojek for car rides to the Beachwalk Shops and even food delivery, so that was convenient.

These are great villa suites to stay in, if you want to relax away from the city and not near the beach. This is still located close to some landmarks and sight-seeing attractions (GWK Cultural Park, Uluwatu Temple, Melasti Beach etc). We stayed here with a one year old child, in one of the suites, making use of the included pool, kitchen, and dining services. The suite gives you a bif of privacy to relax, and it is very quiet here. The suite rooms were clean, each have an ensuite bathroom, and connected to the pool. The kitchen area is within the suite, but outside of the rooms, but provides an area to relax, especially with a child and toys. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and communicated well. Breakfast was good, although limited in choice. Dining options mid-week included an All-You-Can-Eat Japanese menu, which was really good, but again limited in options. Spa services are good too, with option to have massage within the suite. Thank you very much for a memorable stay!

Pros: Beautiful clean new property. Quality finishing, very comfortable bedding, nice space, private pool. Looks very luxurious. Outdoor toilet & bath area. Receptionist is very helpful and try to accommodate as much as possible our requests. There are no monkeys in this area. Toothbrush, shaving kit, shower cap, sanitary bag, cotton buds, beach towel were all provided. Can request for more bottles of water if not enough. I was prone to mosquito bites and surprisingly have not gotten any bites in this villa even thou there are insects around. The villa also offered massage service (from external) and the massage ladies did a really good job with the massage at IDR200k for 60 min on our bed. Cons: There's nothing much in the area except for a restaurant that serves food all day round. So to go anywhere, will have to call a Gojek or Grab car. Surrounded by construction, we checked in on Wednesday and was quiet until Friday night, we hear people moving furniture and moving stuff till 3am in the morning. There was a cat that tried to crawl into our villa. They only provided us with 1 small bottle of shampoo and shower gel and moisturiser. So we had to request for more and would be good if they provide conditioner. Given that it seems a very luxurious villa, the quality of the shampoo, shower gel and moisturiser are of very low quality, like 3-star. It will also be good if they can place some snacks, beers and soft drinks in the fridge, we eventually ordered through grabmart.
