Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and so sweet natured do thankful we had stayed at the hotel room was very clean with daily gratis bottles of water coffee machine pods refilled on request restaurants all very good menus and cheaper than dining out in Uk . Plenty to do in resort beach front massages offered . Swimming pools all with lovely sun loungers . Beautiful grounds .

There are certain elements that can provide a better experience—interior could be a little better for a 5* experience. However, I would like to acknowledge workers from the restaurant, Manarai. The workers were extremely welcoming and provided great hospitality. Otherwise, great hotel!

Beautiful resort with friendly and attentive staff. The one bedroom villa was a little sanctuary, and the high tea and cocktail happy hour at Club Millésime was a welcome inclusion. The spa ambience was lovely and we had a very relaxing massage.The gym facilities were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the walk along the picturesque beach to the blowhole and Bali Collection. Would absolutely love to visit again.

Nusa Dua was the place we needed to relax by the pool away from the normal hustle and bustle of Bali, The Sofitel was the perfect hotel for this. The staff were amazing . Especially at the pool. The food was a bit disappointing
