Wonderful resort with great swimming pools and plenty of sunlounges on the beach . Staff are also great. My disappointment is that this hotel no longer serves my favourite cocktail, Bailey's Commet and the hotel only serves HALAL food , which means no Bacon at the Buffet breakfast 😪

Was slightly more expensive then accomodation we had up north (Ubud) but it has so much to do its a perfect place by the sea, with pools, games room, spa, shopping, friendly chipmunks! Only downside was the beach wasn't as nice as ive seen previously

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and aging gracefully. We enjoyed our dinners: service, menu's and quality were terrific. The breakfast buffet was incredible. But expensive if not included in your package.

This property is fabulous! Large rooms with lovely Balinese decor. The resort is large with beautifully manicured grounds. So many restaurant options and very reasonable prices. They have live shows with dinner buffets several nights per week. Great food & great show. Free pool & beach chairs. The breakfast buffet is huge. All employees so sweet & kind. We are from the USA & this type of resort would cost soooo much more in the USA, Hawaii or Caribbean. Grab (like Uber) operates in Bali. Plus you can hire a driver & car for a very reasonable price.

It was nice tourist location, a bit removed from main areas if you want to explore but safe and well guarded

Great stay, loved its breakfast buffet, the beach is clean and ample, enjoyed spending the day at the pools, good food offering when eating in, nice front walk passage to connect to other hotels and restaurants, sometimes slow to get service at the bars or restaurants, but it was maybe the Bali way :-)

Lovely hotel. Dining experiences at the restaurants were great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again and recommend this resort to friends and family!

Food, facilities are excellent. But kids' food menu didn't list cashews in the choc chip cookie and both my girls ended up in hospital. Not good enough

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. The rooms are small and a bit old but the property makes up for it. 7 restaurants, shopping on premises, beautiful beach, 3 huge pools. Nightly entertainment. Highly recommended!
