Such an amazing resort! Myself, my wife and my 3 kids had a blast in Bali for our first ever overseas trip together and it’s all thanks to the great experiences we had here! We recently stayed at the grand mirage and had an amazing stay everything was amazing the staff were so friendly the hotel room was very clean the food was delicious I highly recommend this hotel to everyone

Very friendly staff, all smiles and welcoming. Room needed a bit TLC and maintenance. Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of varieties. The beach is quieter and cleaner compare to Kuta area. It's a great family resort in Nusa Dua offers lots of activitiea and entertainment for young families.

All great for me and family. Family room is new though fridge (not cold) and tv image quality (grainy) can be better. Facilities looked a little aged. Games room needs proper timekeep so kids have equal playtime. Other than that, staff are very friendly and helpful. Generally, good fun and stay.
