We arrived late and was welcomed with fresh beverage The grounds looked as beautiful at night as it does during the day The grounds are kept very clean The room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids We had an ocean view room with a balcony which we loved The breakfast buffet was great and the pool a lovely. Staff always had a smile on their face. Worth every penny and would definitely go back - tip Bali collection is opposite the lobby, the first day maps took us around the world to get there

The place is fantastic. Very much next to beach . Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I am a sports fan. Very surprised unable to watch World Cup football. It was totally unexpected for me to not have sports channels. I didn’t face this before in any five star hotel.

The Grand Hyatt was both incredibly beautiful and quiet & peaceful. Staff were amazing, always happy and helpful, they went above & beyond. Breakfast was so beautiful, to eat surrounded by such incredible beauty, the fish ponds were teaming with fish and water birds, just breathtaking. A big thank you to Niko Pandeani for her excellent guest service, to the house keeping staff who made beautiful towel sculptures for us each day and kept our room spotless. A big thank you to the staff at the Club members pool, who made our holiday so special. We have traveled the world and stayed in many many 5 star resorts, but Grand Hyatt Bali, you take the prize as the best most beautiful and peaceful I have ever stayed. I highly recommend taking the club room, the food for breakfast and in the evening is fabulous and it’s a quieter part of the resort. The beach has stunning aqua blue water that’s clean and white sandy beach. I will be back Grand Hyatt, your resort is already in our hearts forever 🙏

They should not charge for the squash courts. No one was using them. You would expect it to be included like other resorts. The kids club isn't as good as other hotels. Besides the above, everything else was great. Staff were excellent.
